Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Calendash iOS app, operated by Puerh Consulting Group Pty Ltd ("Calendash", "we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your licence of the app itself.
The service
Calendash helps you discover endurance races, plan race trips, and — through paid features — prepare for race week. Race information is aggregated from public sources and curated editorially; always confirm critical details (start times, cut-offs, mandatory kit) with the race organizer. Calendash is not affiliated with the races it lists.
Not professional advice
Training, taper, pacing, and nutrition content is general information for recreational athletes, not medical or coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it, especially if you have a medical condition.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Calendash Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Race Week Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks race-week content for a single race you choose, through the day after that race.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy.
Accounts
Some features need an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email). You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data in-app at any time (Profile → Privacy → Delete account).
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to bypass paid features, no uploading unlawful content, and no interfering with other users' access.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law — including any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
